Chief Executive Officer
Brian Hazelgren is a globally recognized expert in start-ups, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing, business planning and leadership training. During the past 30 years, Brian has written 14 books, including several best-sellers, and the number one best-selling book on business planning titled “The Complete Book of Business Plans.” His most recent book “Healthy Habits of Highly Productive Employees” has been a ground-breaking guide on shedding a bright light on how to improve Workplace Wellness programs in business. Brian has trained more than 65,000 business executives and college and high school students in entrepreneurship. Brian designed and implemented the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Utah, where he was an adjunct professor in entrepreneurship from 2001-2011. As Chief Development Officer for the Children’s Miracle Network (2004-2011), he raised more than $1.3 billion in charitable funds. As a consultant, he has written many successful business plans that helped launch and execute new ventures and new product operations.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Western International University. He was a member of the 1984 BYU National Championship Football Team, a two-sport All American, and four-sport all-state athlete in high school. He is the proud father of six children including two sets of twins.
Director of Franchise Sales
Strong executive leadership and proven success working in franchising make Rick Scott the perfect fit to guide and direct the rapid growth of RX2Live. Rick was the founder and president of Passport International Couriers, Inc., a worldwide courier, freight forwarding and logistics company specializing in on-board courier deliveries of time-sensitive documents and small packages. He pioneered the concept of next-day priority international shipping. Under Rick’s direction, the company grew from two employees to more than 200 worldwide. He led the successful expansion of three domestic and three international offices.
Rick also gained valuable experience as the president of Executive Franchise Development, LLC, where he placed single-unit, multi-unit, and master franchise candidates with several dozen franchisors. He also facilitated sales processes with franchise companies and developed and maintained solid relationships with dozens of franchise consultants and owners.
Director of Communication
For the past 25 years, Dahlen has been instrumental in helping start-ups and small- to medium-sized businesses achieve record growth. As a former vice president and director of sales for one of the nation’s premier business training companies, Dahlen has successfully produced and conducted thousands of professional training seminars and workshops to educate leaders around the U.S. and Canada.
Dahlen learned firsthand the importance of ongoing leadership development as he led multiple sales teams to achieve top performance and set new company sales records. Under his tutelage, company sales teams gained valuable training on principles of leadership, consultative selling, sales management, accountability, customer service, conflict resolution, positive mindset and more.
Dahlen earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and later completed his master’s degree in organizational management. Dahlen and his wife have six boys and eight grandchildren and reside in the shadows of the Wasatch Mountains just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Garrett Blood brings an extensive background in product development and operations experience to RX2Live. With more than 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, Garrett has been involved with a number of start-ups, is a co-founder of Arctic Zero, and most recently managed operations for a $60-million industry-leading company with 200 employees. Garrett resides in Lehi, Utah with his wife and five children.
Director of Sales
Scott brings more than 35 years of sales experience to the Rx2Live team. Having successfully marketed and sold many different products throughout his career, Scott finds the Rx2Live products to be cutting edge and innovative. “These are the type of products that change people’s lives,” he says.
Scott founded and grew a chain of retail stores in the Phoenix area for 15 years. Those retail stores were very successful, but he desired to be involved in a business that would have a long and positive impact on people’s lives. That is when he turned to Rx2Live. Scott resides in Mapleton, Utah with his wife. They have three children and 13 grandchildren (including a set of triplets).
Director of Marketing
Bryan “Dude” Haslam started his own graphic design and marketing business in 1991 and has been providing these services ever since. Bryan has extensive experience in all aspects of graphic design, from conception the final printed product. He has created company logos and branding and sales materials for many companies, and he is especially excited to serve as the director of marketing for RX2Live.
Director of IT
For more than 13 years, Julio has been working for the RX2Live family of brands, coordinating all information and technology needs, from simple tasks such as maintaining the computer systems to setting up live events with audio/video, sound, lighting and live broadcasting. He has produced multimedia and post-production digital audio, CDs and DVDs.
Dr. Leland Forst
As executive vice president for franchise development, Leland works with executives and professionals who desire to own a business and are exploring Rx2live as the potential solution. He provides them a complete, comprehensive understanding of the critical success factors that will enable their success.
As a consultant, Leland works with executives and professionals to match them with entrepreneurial business opportunities such as buying an existing business or senior executive-level franchise, distributorship and license opportunities, and equity partnerships with growth companies. Leland has served clients in most industry sectors and brings years of subject matter expertise and thought leadership to the Rx2Live team.
Zully has worked for more than 10 years for TeamBuilders Leadership, and more recently as the office manager for Level3 Health of Utah and Rx2live. She has a bachelor’s degree in office automation from the University of Francisco Marroquin, Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Evan Sanchez is the chief executive officer of Springboard Consulting, a management consulting firm based in Flower Mound, Texas. His “Intuitive Flow” coaching psychology has been implemented in leadership and sales skill development programs, corporate wellness, and executive coaching. Average revenue increases for consulting and coaching programs are currently producing 47 percent growth. This high-performance mindset is currently outlined in his new book, “Sell like a Champ — Mindsets, Toolsets, And Skillsets For Peak Performance in Sales.” With more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, sales professional, personal trainer, coach and former member of the semi-professional Albuquerque Gunners soccer team, Evan knows all about setting goals and the champion mindset necessary to achieve high performance and success.
In addition to earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and special study in sports psychology from Texas Tech and the University of North Texas, he’s owned or co-owned four businesses, and held positions including director of sales and marketing/senior consultant with global consulting firm Kepner-Tregoe, sales manager at LandAmerica American Title, and sales director at The Dallas Business Journal.
Evan lives with his wife and three children.

Michelle Harthill, chief executive officer of Harthill Marketing, is an accomplished marketing strategy leader with expertise in developing integrated programs aligned with sales growth of global brands. She delivers sales-driven results while building brand awareness in a competitive marketplace. Her strategic marketing programs include social media, shopper marketing, brand awareness, product partnership/cross merchandising, cause marketing, digital marketing campaigns, digital consumer engagement and event sponsorship. She serves as a mentor at California State University, Fullerton, where she guides marketing majors in the pursuit of entrepreneurism and business leadership. Michelle also volunteers her time and skills for southland organizations, including the City of Hope Los Angeles and the Network of Executive Women, Southern California Region. In 2016, Harthill Marketing was named Best Full-Service Shopper Marketing Agency of the Year by Wealth and Finance Business Magazine.
