Rick Scott

CEO

Rick was the Founder and President of Passport International Couriers, Inc. A Worldwide Courier, freight forwarding and logistics company specializing in “On Board Courier” deliveries of time sensitive documents and small packages. He pioneered the new concept of next day priority international shipping. Under Rick’s direction the company grew from 2 employees to over 200 worldwide. He led the successful expansion of three domestic and three international offices. Rick also gained valuable experience as the President of Executive Franchise Development, LLC. Where he placed single unit, multi-unit, and master franchise candidates, with several dozen franchisors.

He facilitated sales processes with franchise companies, both on the recruitment of franchisees and the execution of franchise agreements. He developed and maintains strong relationships with dozens of franchise consultants and owners of franchise systems. Strong executive leadership and proven success working in franchising make Rick Scott the perfect fit to guide and direct the rapid growth of RX2Live.

Brian Hazelgren

Chief Development Officer

Brian Hazelgren is a globally recognized expert in startups, entrepreneurship, sales & marketing, business planning, and leadership training. Brian has written 13 books – including the #1 book on business planning, and has trained over 50,000 business executives, college and high school students throughout the world for the past 30 years. Brian designed and implemented the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Utah, and was an Adjunct Professor in Entrepreneurship from 2001-2011. During his career he has raised over $1.3 billion in charitable funds, and millions needed to launch and expand small business ventures. Brian holds a Bachelors degree from Western International University. He has written many successful business plans to launch and execute new ventures and new product operations. Brian was a member of the 1984 BYU National Championship Football Team, a two-sport All American, and four-sport All State athlete in high school. He is the proud father of six children including two sets of twins.

Role: Partner, RX2Live; Master Licensee/Franchisee – 2014 to present
Company Purpose: A concierge health and wellness system focused on growing medical practices, providing state of the art technology, diagnostic lab services, and corporate health & wellness programs.
Achievements: Launched new markets, developed key strategic partnerships, getting businesses up and running.

Role: Chief Development Officer, Children’s Miracle Network, 2004-2011
Company Purpose: Raise Funds and Awareness for 170 children’s hospitals.
Achievements: Led the team that raised over $1.3 billion in capital fundraising campaigns. Directly involved in working with over 150 corporate sponsors and raising funds; Developed a unique system of loyal involvement of employees, customers and vendors. Oversaw the non-profit capital fund raising campaigns exceeding $240 million annually, and an operating budget of $35 million; Added an additional $120 million in annual fundraising. Introduced four new lines of fund raising campaigns, which allowed the international charity to remain innovative in philanthropy. Regularly reported to the Board of Trustees and Board of Governors.

Role: Adjunct Professor, University of Utah School of Business, 2001-2011 Purpose: Train college students in Entrepreneurship.
Achievements: Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Program, David Eccles School of Business from 2001-2011; Developed the curriculum for the new degree in Entrepreneurship; Trained over 3,500 MBA students, who launched over 1,100 businesses, and created over 12,000 jobs. Co-developer of the Entrepreneur’s Challenge business plan competition; Developed Opportunity Quest Executive Summary Competition; Co-developed Student Advisory Council Entrepreneur Center. Received 4.93 Instructor Success ave. (out of 5) for the 10-year period.

Dahlen Downing

Franchise Sales Support

Dahlen possesses invaluable professional experience having been instrumental in helping start-up and small to medium-sized business achieve record growth. He learned firsthand the importance of ongoing education and leadership training as he led multiple sales teams to achieve top performance and set new company sales records. Under his direction, company sales teams gained valuable training on principles of leadership, consultative selling, sales management, accountability, customer service, conflict resolution, positive mindset and more.

Dahlen’s success working in the adult education and training industry where he influenced thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners around the world uniquely qualifying him as a valuable addition to the RX2Live team.

Garrett Blood

Director of Training

Garrett Blood brings a background in product development and operations experience to RX2Live. With more than 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, Garrett has been involved with a number of start-ups, the Co-Founder of Arctic Zero and most recently managed operations for a $60M industry-leading company with 200 employees. Garrett resides in Lehi, UT with his wife and 5 children where they enjoy the winter ski seasons and other outdoor activities.

Scott Peterson

Director of Sales

Scott brings over 35 years of sales experience to the Rx2Live team. Having successfully marketed and sold many different products over the years, Scott finds the Rx2Live products to be cutting edge and innovative. “These are the type of products that change people’s lives” he has remarked. Scott founded and grew a chain of retail stores in the Phoenix area for 15 years. Those retail stores were very successful, but his desire was to be involved in a business that would have a long and positive impact on people’s lives. That is when he turned to Rx2Live. He believes legacies are created in many ways. Family, personal values and career are all of great importance to Scott. He demonstrates and values integrity in all of his dealings. He looks forward to working with you. Scott resides in Mapleton, Utah with his wonderful wife. They have been blessed to have three children and 13 grandchildren (including a set of triplets).

Bryan Haslam

Director of Marketing

Bryan “Dude” Haslam started his own Graphic Design/Marketing business in 1991 and has been providing graphic design and marketing services ever since. Bryan has created company logos/branding and sales materials for many companies over the years. He is especially excited to be the Director of Marketing for RX2Live.

Julio Caceres

Director of IT

For over thirteen years Julio has been working for our family of brands, coordinating all information and technology needs—from simple tasks as tuning up the computer systems to setting up live events with Audio/Video, sound, lighting and live broadcasting. He has also been the producer in charge of multi-media and post-production in the form of Digital audio, CD’s and DVD’s.

Dr. Leland Forst

Management Consultant

As EVP for Franchise Development, Leland works with executives and professionals who are looking to their own business and are exploring Rx2live as the potential solution. He provides candidates business information and collateral materials to give them a complete, comprehensive understanding of the critical success factors that will enable their success.

As the Senior Advisor of Personal Business Advisors, Leland works with executives and professionals to match them with entrepreneurial business opportunities such as: buying an existing business; Sr. executive level franchise, distributorship and license opportunities; equity partnerships with growth companies. Leland has served clients in most industry sectors and brings years of subject matter expertise and thought leadership as a consultant to the Rx2Live team.

Zully Caceres

Office Manager

Zully has worked for more than 10 years for TeamBuilders Leadership, and more recently as the Office Manager for Level3 Health of Utah and Rx2live. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Automation: Business School at University of Francisco Marroquin, Guatemala City, 1998.

Evan Sanchez

Evan Sanchez is the CEO of Springboard Consulting, a management consulting firm based out of Flower Mound, Texas. His “Intuitive Flow” coaching psychology has been implemented in Leadership and sales skill development programs, corporate wellness, and executive coaching. Average revenue increases for consulting and coaching programs are currently producing 47% growth. This high performance mindset is currently outlined in his new book- Sell like a Champ- Mindsets, Toolsets, And Skillsets For Peak Performance in Sales. With more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, sales professional, personal trainer, coach and former member of semi-professional Albuquerque Gunners soccer team, Sanchez knows all about setting goals and the champion mindset necessary to achieve high performance and success.

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in psychology and special study in sports psychology from Texas Tech and the University of North Texas, he’s been the owner or co-owner of four businesses, director of sales and marketing and senior consultant with global consulting firm Kepner-Tregoe, sales manager at LandAmerica American Title, and a sales director at The Dallas Business Journal.

Evan lives with his wife and three children.

Michelle Harthill

Michelle Harthill, CEO of Harthill Marketing Services, is an accomplished Marketing Strategy Leader with many years of proven expertise in developing integrated programs aligned with sales growth of brands for globally known CPG brands.

Michelle excels at delivering sales driven results aligned with a well developed strategic marketing approach while building brand development and awareness in a competitive marketplace.

She also focuses attention to detail on overall marketing direction aligned with brand objective to develop strong marketing programs to include Social Media, Shopper Marketing, Brand Awareness, Product Partnership/Cross Merchandising, Cause Marketing, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Digital Consumer Engagement and Event Sponsorship.

Michelle resides in Orange County California with her two teenage sons. She is a mentor at CalState Fullerton, where she works with marketing majors who are pursuing being Entrepreneurs and/or Business leaders.

Lastly, Michelle is on the committee for United for Hope and Network of Executive Women,Southern California.
